Sunday School occurs at 9:15 a.m. on most Sundays during the school year and is offered for children from age 3 through high school. Please note that some Sundays we have intergenerational events in place of regular Sunday School. Consult the calendars below for specifics.
Preschool and elementary school-aged children are taught from the Spark Lectionary series. The Spark Lectionary is a three-year curriculum, with fall, winter, and spring quarters each year. The lessons correspond to the Revised Common Lectionary—helping kids get more out of both worship and Sunday school. They also have special music time on the first and third Sundays of the month.
7-8th graders are in Confirmation Class on Sunday mornings. In addition to Sunday morning classes, Confirmation students also meet monthly with a parent and Pastor Sarah on Monday nights to reinforce Sunday lessons and get parents and kids growing in faith together.
High school youth gather informally for a time called “Coffee and Conversation” from 9:15-10:15 where they share their highs and lows, ask and answer questions about life and faith, and help each other apply faith to their daily lives.
