You can make a difference! Please sign up to help with dinner for guests of the Bailey’s Crossroads Community Shelter hypothermia program the week of December 6-12th. As you’ll see on the signup details, this year we will also support a local small business restaurant by catering the first and last meal of our week.
The hypothermia program is an annual undertaking of the shelter and its partner, New Hope Housing, to provide overnight respite for unhoused neighbors during the coldest months of the year. They depend on congregations and community groups to help with food. Peace has a number of committed volunteers who have helped with this in the past – please consider joining them in supporting this cause with food, delivery, and/or money for catered meals. Thank you! Contact: email@example.com
Faithful Families is not meeting during the COVID pandemic.
Faithful Families is an opportunity for families with children up to age 12 years old to get together once a month, share a meal, and focus on faith building and fellowship.
This often includes crafts, hands-on games and activities, singing, and, always: food!
