“Believing in the Resurrection of Jesus does not mean believing in a doctrine or an event of history. It means we participate in this creative act of God! Resurrection is not a consoling opium soothing us with the promise of a better world in the hereafter. It is the energy for a rebirth in this life. The hope doesn’t point to another world. It is focused on the healing and the redemption of this one.”

This coming Sunday is The Celebration of Jesus the Christ’s Resurrection. We are Easter Christians and Alleluia (praise God) is our song. We will sing and say this ancient prayer word many times this Sunday! For Christ’s Resurrection includes all of us, indeed as St. Paul says : for all of creation. Reality is so much greater than we can imagine. What is impossible for humans is never impossible with God -Who -Is -Reality in ways that we can never grasp. Christ is Alive, let Christians sing!
Christ is risen!
He has risen indeed. Alleluia!
