Faith Foundations

Faith Foundations is a Bible study, reflection on what it means to be a Christian, Lutheran fundamentals, and sharing our lives. We’ll study, share, sing, pray, and serve together. It’s like an adult confirmation class.

Current Faith Foundation Sessions: The 2022-2023 Faith Foundation season will be split into three sessions. There is no need to commit to all three. Join us Wednesdays, 7-8:15 pm. In-person and online.

• Session 1: Covenant. Hebrew Bible (aka Old Testament), Ten Commandments, Baptism. (Sept 28, Oct 5, 12, 19, 26)
• Session 2: Christ. TBD
• Session 3: Church. TBD

Who: Anyone who wants to do a deep dive into the foundations of their faith and develop closer relationships with God and others. For lifelong Christians, people who are just starting to develop a relationship with God, and everyone in between. Need not be a member of Peace to take part.

Cost: There will be some materials you’ll be asked to purchase, not more than $20.

Retreat, if it happens, will be extra. Likely not more than $150 and we will have plenty of funds for people for whom that cost is prohibitive. Bottom line: all are welcome.
